Professional Fees

Effective March 1, 2007 and subject to change without notice.
Professional fees are $89.00 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.  A digital services fee will be assessed for each 50 images photographed.

One half of projected fees (minimum of $75.00) are due at booking to hold the scheduled time.  The remaining balance is due upon completion of the assignment.

All weddings are unique.  Please call to inquire about wedding collections and our journalistic approach to wedding images.

Family Portraits

Family portrait sessions are priced as follows.
Professional fees, $89.00 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.
Proofs, 4 x 6 proofs are $1.75 each, 5 x 7 proofs are $6.00 each.  An average of 115 to 150 images are taken during a session.  You make the decision to request that we deliver the best 25-50 or more proofs to be presented to you in 3-5 days.  From these proofs you make your decisions for reprints and enlargements.

Senior Portrait Collections

Economy Collection: For wallet –sized photos to share with friends and family and include with graduation announcements.  Priced for almost any budget.  Includes; 45 minute session, 1 clothing/accessory change, 15-20 proofs to review, 1 – 8 x 10 and 40 wallet-size prints.  Total collection investment: $119.00 (may purchase proofs for $65.00).

Value Collection: Provides adequate time for two clothing/accessory changes, choice of outdoor setting and a 90-minute session anywhere in the metro Kansas City area.  Collection includes 36 proofs to review, 3-5 x 7 enlargements, 1-8 x 10 enlargement, 24 wallet-size prints.  Total collection investment: $219.00 (may purchase proofs for $100.00).

Value Plus Collection: Provides adequate time for three clothing/accessory changes, choice of outdoor setting and a 2-hour session anywhere in the metro Kansas City area.  Collection includes 45 proofs to review, 6-5 x 7 enlargements, 3-8 x 10 enlargements, 64 wallet-size prints.  Total collection investment: $329.00 (may purchase proofs for $100.00).

Premium Collection: Provides adequate time for three clothing/accessory changes, choice of outdoor setting and a 3-hour session anywhere in the metro Kansas City area.  Collection includes 60 proofs to review, 7-5 x 7 enlargements, 4-8 x 10 enlargements, 80 wallet-size prints and one 6 image 16 x 20 photo montage in black and white or color. Total collection investment: $499.00 (may purchase proofs for $65.00).

General Investment Schedule

CD/Digital Services fee:  $27.50 per 50 images.
Fee is $27.50 per each 50 images to download, adjust and correct color.
Fee is $27.50 per each 50 images to download, adjust and correct color
and place on a CD.  This price is in effect only when commercial clients request a CD of images and no prints.

CD:  $35.00 per CD

Release of Rights:
Release of rights for internet usage;  $65.00 per image
Release of rights for media/print publications; $50.00 per image
The copyright is released for unlimited usage of the image.

Proofs

4 x 6 proofs;  $1.75 each
5 x 7 proofs; $6.00 each
